Setting up Your Account: Profile, Branding, and Preferences

Overview

Before you build your first transaction, it's worth spending a few minutes in Settings. This is where you set up the details that show up everywhere else in CurbPage: your profile, your brokerage branding, your team, your notification preferences, your billing, and your integrations.

This article walks through each tab so you know exactly where to go when you need to update something later.

Getting to Settings

Click your name, email, or profile photo in the bottom left corner of your account. This opens a small menu with four options:

  • View Profile

  • Account Settings

  • Give Feedback

  • Need Support

  • Sign Out

A couple of quick notes on that menu before we get into Settings itself:

  • View Profile shows the public-facing profile your clients see, the same headshot and bio that appears in their Client Experience Hub. If you want to update that info, you'll do it from the My Details tab in Settings (covered below); View Profile is just the preview.

  • Notifications in this menu takes you to the same Notifications tab that lives inside Settings. It's just a shortcut, not a separate screen.

Click Settings to get to everything covered in the rest of this article.

My Details

This is your personal profile information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and profile photo.

Your name and photo here are what populate your public profile, so it's worth using a real headshot. This is the same info your clients will see represented in their Client Experience Hub, so keep it current.

Organization

This tab covers your brokerage-level details: your brokerage name, your MLS link, and your company logo.

Your logo upload here is what shows up alongside your own branding in client-facing views, so make sure it's a clean, high-resolution file.

Team

This is where you manage everyone on your team and what they're able to do in your account.

To invite someone, drop their email into the invite field and send the invite. From there, you can also toggle on Agent Mode access for a teammate, which gives them full agent-level permissions to act on your behalf within your account. Below the invite field, you'll see a running list of everyone who's been invited and everyone who's already on your team.

Notifications

This tab controls how you hear about activity in your account. There are five categories:

  • General (system & updates)

  • Marketing & tips

  • Tasks

  • Messages

  • To-Do's

For each category, you can choose how you're notified:

Billing

This tab is where you manage your subscription and billing details.

Invoices go out automatically by email, and you can request a copy from the CurbPage team at any time if you need one present. This is also where you'll find the option to delete your account, if it ever comes to that.

Integrations

This tab is where you connect your calendar and email. CurbPage currently supports Gmail and Outlook. Pick the one you use, hit Connect Now, and follow the steps to authorize the connection.

More integrations are on the way, so check back here as new ones become available.
