The founding obsession
It started on a Sunday morning.
I wasn't building a company yet — I was just a client going through a transaction, refreshing my inbox in the dark, wondering what was happening with the biggest financial decision of my life. My agent was doing everything right, I just had no way of feeling it.
At the same time, I saw the software agents were using, the hours they spent on the phone at dinner, and the ball practices missed. I thought:
