Is CurbPage ready to use, or is this still being built?
CurbPage is live and actively being used by real estate agents running real transactions today. What "beta" means for us is simple: the core platform is fully functional — transaction management, the live client portal, task automation, and team coordination all work. What we're still building are the edges: additional integrations, expanded reporting, and features shaped directly by feedback from agents like you. You're not a test subject. You're getting early access to a platform that's already changing how agents work, with the added benefit of helping shape where it goes next.
What does being a beta user actually mean for me?
It means you're in before everyone else — and that comes with real advantages. Beta members get access to CurbPage at a founding rate that will not be available after we launch publicly. How long does setup actually take?
Most agents are running their first transaction on CurbPage within a day. There's no data migration, no IT setup, and no onboarding checklist that takes a week to complete. Here's what it actually looks like: you create your account, add your branding — logo, colors, contact info — and invite your first client to their portal. That's it. Our team is available to walk you through it live if you want company, but most agents don't need the call. If you can set up a Google account, you can set up CurbPage.
Is my data safe? What happens to it if I stop using CurbPage?
Your data is yours — always. Every transaction, every document, every client record, and every message thread belongs to you and can be exported in full at any time. We don't hold data hostage and we don't make leaving painful. On security: CurbPage uses industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your clients' information is treated with the same care you'd expect from any professional platform handling sensitive real estate data. How do I give feedback if something isn't working?
Directly, and we actually respond. Every beta member has access to a dedicated feedback channel — inside the platform and via a direct line to our team.
